  • Data Migration

    ITelligent works with you to ensure all critical data is exported from old systems and converted into the new systems. If you use Microsoft Exchange, or another e-mail server, or e-mail program, we do the conversion to make sure no data is lost.

  • Configuration

    Once planning is completed, ITelligent configures all the equipment and software identified by your technical report. This includes, server configuration, profile creation, software setup, and network configuration.

  • Testing

    Once your solution has been procured and configured, ITelligent conducts in depth testing to ensure compatibility among all systems. This ensures all problems are identified and taken care of before going live into production.

  • On-site Integration

    After completing the configuration and testing, our certified experts will go and integrate your new environment onsite. This is typically performed on the evenings, or weekends during your businesses off hours.

  • Training

    After your new system has been implemented and is live, we will train your staff to make sure they receive all the benefits of your new solution. Our training covers how to use features effectively like Windows, messaging, and other applications that will increase productivity.
